Ingredients:
1 Garlic clove
¼ Cup lime/lemon juice
2/3 Cup + 1 Tbsp Tahini
1/2 Tsp + 1/4Tsp Salt
2/Cup + 1Tbsp Bean cooking water
Fresh or dry Red Chili Peppers (Optional)
Method:
Soak dry beans in water overnight. Cook until very tender.
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
